After my 2 dogs yanked the charger out of my Acer 3 Aspire while rough housing I had problems with the charging port being loose. After a while the laptop wouldn't take a charge so I installed a replacement bought on Amazon. It was a lot harder than it looked and from day one that charging port was loose. After about three months it failed. Instead of trying to do another home fix I sent the Acer Aspire 3 out to Pomeroy Computing who did an excellent job installing the correct part and getting the computer back to me quickly. It was worth the cost to get it done right and I recommend this company.
